1. What these terms cover
Padelution is a platform that lets you book padel courts and related services from sports venues ("the venue"). When you make a booking, the booking contract is between you and the venue. Padelution provides the booking and payment platform on the venue's behalf.
By confirming a booking or paying for one, you accept these terms.
2. Your information
When you book or pay at a venue for the first time, you become that venue's customer and the venue sees your name, email address and phone number. The venue needs this to run its facility, contact you about your booking and meet its own legal obligations. Your information is not shared with venues you have not booked with.
Keep your contact details up to date — booking confirmations, receipts and changes are sent to the email address on your account.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are set by the venue and shown before you confirm. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe; Padelution never stores your card number. Where the venue enables it, you can also pay from your Padelution wallet.
On bookings split between several players, the venue may add a small service fee to online card payments. Any fee is always shown next to the amount before you pay.
4. Split bookings
A booking can be split so each player pays their own share. The player who made the booking (the organizer) remains responsible for the booking as a whole: if shares are left unpaid past the venue's payment deadline, the venue may charge them to the organizer's saved payment method or cancel the booking, according to its settings shown at checkout.
5. Recurring bookings
Some venues let you book a recurring weekly slot for a season. When you sign up, every available week is reserved at once and the payment mode — paying upfront, per booking, or by invoice — is shown before you confirm. Weeks that are already taken are skipped and never charged. Individual sessions in a recurring agreement follow the same cancellation rules as normal bookings.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Each venue sets its own cancellation window — how long before the start time you can still cancel a booking yourself. Outside that window, contact the venue directly. When a booking is cancelled in time, paid amounts are refunded to the original payment method or your wallet.
If you do not show up and have not cancelled, the venue may still charge for the booking. Refund decisions inside the cancellation window are made by the venue.
7. Changes by the venue
A venue may need to cancel or move a booking, for example because of court maintenance or circumstances beyond its control. In that case anything you have already paid for the affected booking is refunded, but the venue and Padelution are not liable for other costs the change may cause you.
8. Fair use
Book courts for actual play. Venues may cancel bookings made to block courts without intent to use them, and repeated no-shows or unpaid bookings can lead the venue to limit your ability to book.
9. Padelution's role and liability
Padelution provides the booking platform as is. The venue is responsible for its courts, facilities, opening hours and the services you book. Padelution is not a party to the booking contract and is not liable for the venue's services, beyond handling payments correctly through the platform.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform develops. The version published on this page applies to bookings made after it is published. Material changes are communicated in the booking flow.
11. Contact
Questions about a specific booking are fastest to resolve with the venue directly. For questions about these terms or the platform, contact us at info@padelution.com.
