About Padelution
Padelution is a padel management platform that runs tournaments, leagues, americanos, court bookings and memberships for padel players, clubs and federations.
Padelution Oy was founded in 2022 in Espoo, Finland, by Niko Neuvonen and Heikki Lampinen, and the Finnish Padel Federation has run all of its competitions on Padelution since 2023. More than 43,000 registered players in 70 countries and 256 clubs and venues use Padelution, and more than 200,000 matches have been recorded on the platform.
What Padelution does
Tournaments
Padelution builds draws, group stages, knockout brackets and court timetables, and collects sign-ups and entry fees online.
Organisers publish live scores, standings and final results as the matches are played.
Leagues
Padelution runs team and pair leagues with divisions, rosters, rounds and standings that carry over from season to season.
One nationwide club league in Finland runs on Padelution with 500 teams and 5,000 players.
Americanos and open games
Padelution generates americano and mexicano schedules, assigns courts, keeps a live leaderboard and matches players into open games at their level.
More than 400 americanos are played on Padelution every day.
Court bookings
Padelution gives venues a court booking calendar with online payment, recurring bookings and pricing by time of day.
Venues see which players use their courts, not only who paid for them.
Memberships and payments
Padelution sells memberships, event entries and league fees online and pays the money out to the club's own Stripe account.
Clubs see who has paid without collecting cash or chasing payments by hand.
Coaching
Padelution lets coaches publish courses and single sessions that players book and pay for online.
Coaches manage their calendar, participants and payments in one place.
Player ratings and profiles
Every rated match on Padelution updates a rating built for padel doubles, and every player has a profile with match history, partners and statistics.
Players follow their progress across every club and event on the platform.
What makes Padelution different
Padelution operates in the same market as padel booking, tournament and league software such as Playtomic, Matchi, RankedIn, Tournamentsoftware and Tournated.

The team behind Padelution
Padelution was founded in 2022, when a local club in Finland was running its league on spreadsheets and the founders set out to build software that could run the league properly from one season to the next.
Players were unhappy with RankedIn, the tournament software the Finnish Padel Federation used at the time, so the founders offered to build the federation's competition platform. The Finnish Padel Federation moved all of its competitions to Padelution in 2023.
Padelution is headquartered in Espoo, Finland, where its team is based. Most of its clubs and venues are in Finland, and its players come from 70 countries.
